Seriously don't understand reactions to new apps and prices. Bet the last take out meal anyone got cost double that and they didn't get to enjoy it for many months/years. Ok it can be annoying but devs need to put food on the table, and they can't do that with lifetime free upgrades can they?

As far as getting data back I seem to remember an app called ibackupbot which you could used to pull data put of backup of old phone, then inject into a backup of your "setup as new phone" not sure if its ios6 compatible as not used for a whole but maybe worth a look.

if i remember correctly its stuck in a recovery loop. you can use ireb on windows or tinyumbrella i beiieve to "kick out of recovery mode" both have buttons for that i believe.

Hey, i might suggest you go into itunes, highlight all your music and then right click and look for remove artwork or delete artwork forget what its called. Then once thats done restart itunes and do the same but this times select to get album artwork. Then try syncing again. Might also be...
