I can understand how someone says it's boring. It hasn't changed enough in all these years and when you are paying $600 bucks for a premium device, people expect more ooomph. I don't have any solutions per se, but the costs of owning these devices don't really correlate to the user experience...

I've always gone 32gb on iPads. Roughly half is for movies.. I keep music on dropbox instead of on the device itself. Everyone is different but I could get away with a 16gb for apps only but I like to use it for movies.

I don't think it's easier having an iPhone and ipad. I like android on the phone and also iOS but on tablets I just like the ipad better than the other tablets. I think you can get by on different device more than fine but if you want to do something to take advantage of the ecosystem then...

The 4 is awesome. Whether or not its worth upgrading is an individual preference. Great tablet though.

Huge difference in screen quality. I upgraded from 2 to 4. The screen alone was worth it. The processor is faster, but I was fine waiting for the ipad 2's loading speeds. If you value a great viewing experience, then upgrade. If not, stick with the 2.
