Verizon set it up with my stuff from the original phone so I'd say a backup. It's been fine with only the occasional gray bar but how do you get it out of multitasking? I just know to double hit [emoji252] button and it brings up recent Windows and I swipe those all out. It eventually comes back

Mine is covered through my work so I got the 16gig and went with black. No payment so I'm ok with it lol.

Update: ended up getting the IPhone 6S since my job covers it and I'm stuck with it for two years

I've been having freezing issues last couple days along with a gray bar covering where I type text so I can't see what I'm typing. Gray bar easily remedied but issue keeps coming back. Now this morning a new problem: 4 times in the past 30 minutes my screen turned all red and the phone reset...

My freezing issues and lagging are often when I'm not in an app at all. The home screen will freeze. The lock screen will freeze. I'm kind of irritated by it this is brand new from Verizon store about 10 days ago
