I think the problem is that you really don't get much additional value in terms of selling power for the extras that you are including. It's like having put a awesome stereo in a car and going to trade it in. The dealership gives you the value of the car and doesn't give you extra for your added stereo system. I think the same applies here. Also, people in the market for a pre owned Apple Watch Sport probably aren't looking to spend $500.
