Several of my friends have WP7 and I love them. Signed up with verizon a few months ago and the Trophy just wasnt what I wanted and Im livid that 3 months later they came out with 2 great phones that are WP8

Verizon wont budge on trading out my GSIII either

I offered a 32GB 4S. But in all fairness, it came down to him not wanting to ship first.

seems fair enough

its tricky when everyone wants to make out thats why you need to use paypal as a service (non of this gift crap, stop trying to save 10 bucks or whatever it is) in case he DOESNT ship...
it always on the buyer to pay before ship

Nothing was ever said about shipping. The problem was in one message he said he could ship then in another said it was his primary phone and couldn't first so it's all confusing

We were trading, so there was no paying. The problem is that it is his primary phone, as is mine. Neither of us can be without our phone.
