My wife upgraded her iPhone and I'm selling her old one. It's had a case and zagg screen protector since day one.
There are some light scuffs on the back from the phone. The screen protector is in good shape, but if it starts to peel, the zagg store at the mall will replace it for free (or $5 if you want it professionally installed). Overall I would rate the phone 8/10 condition.
I don't have the original cables, but I do have a retractable sync cable that I bought on Amazon, and it works great.
This phone has never been unlocked or jailbroken.
