We have a condition guide that all sellers who list their devices on the forum must follow. It ensures consistency and clarity to buyers. Open box items are not considered mint. The very definition of mint would mean that nobody has ever touched it. That is clearly not the case here as we are looking at photos of the phone sitting on a table in a case.
