Condition: Never used. The Apple Store was unable to fix the cracked screen, so replaced it (for a fee, of course!). We had already gotten our new iPhone 6's, so never even took the plastic screen cover off of this one. I did turn it on to make sure it works, but never set it up.
Includes: Original box, brand new earbuds, wall charger, and USB cord. Also includes case. It's used, but will keep the phone safe in the meantime.
