Carrier- Verizon

Condition: 10/10. This was just swapped out at apple store on 5/19/14 (for free, so not one of the two incidents Applecare Plus provides). The plastic hasn't left the screen or back.

Includes: Cube and charger cable. I can probably find a different iphone 5 or 5S box but it won't be the original. No earbuds.
