This is actually my mother's old phone, and it has never been out of the hard shell case she bought on the day she purchased it. Phone is mint, no scratches anywhere on it except fine little marks on the apple on the rear (i guess from the case that it is in).

Comes with:

- 32GB iPhone 3GS (white)
- Original box, paper work, wall adaptor and USB cable
- *Speck hard shell case (it's like a black and white plaid design)

...again, it's mint. I can jailbreak it for you as it's still on 4.3.5, or i can update it to iOS 5 prior to shipping, either way works.

First $275 takes it...if your outside of the lower 48, let me know ahead of time so we can talk shipping because it'll be a little more.
