USB-C Guide (including cables)?

I just ordered a new MacBook Pro with the USB-C ports. I am trying to navigate all the options. For example, I need to get an additional power adapter and saw Apples "Charge" cable that only has USB2 data speed but there are Anker cables, but do they support the same charging capacity? Where can I go to find out more about USB-C standards and what different variants on the cables? Right now it is very confusing and hoping for more clarity.

I was more trying to understand the difference between these type of cables:

Like why would you ever get the 'charge' cable versus the first USB one if they both charge the device teh same?

All three cables will get the job done all 3 can be used to both charge and transfer data BUT the difference is the speed of the data transfer.
