    Hi there,

my current Lenovo laptop broke and since I've been considering buying a macbook I think the time has come. It'll be my first macbook ever so that's why I wouldn't like to spend more than, let's say, 300. Obviously, for that price the best I can get is probably 2008's/2009's but I don't mind, i'm not a gamer. Also, I hardly go out with my laptop, batter doesn't have to be in the best shape.

    Any advices?

For about €300 you should pick up a 2010 Macbook White Unibody units.
I've seen them on ebay, example here.
    13" Apple MacBook White Unibody A1342 2010 - 2.4GHz C2D 250GB 4GB RAM HDD 0885909223282 | eBay

    Good luck with your hunt.

    +1 for eBay.

You can do a search for "MacBook Pro" and set a price limit so then you can view all the MacBooks in your price range. For example, [redacted] looks ok.

If you're patient, you could try bidding on various MacBooks, you can sometimes get a good deal that way, but be careful you don't get sucked into bidding more than your budget which happens quite easily when you find one you really want. It can take a while, but you could get a good MacBook for a lower price than it's worth.

    Good luck with your search
