So for the mouse pad to work I gotta hold my fingers down on the pad before it will click or open anything? Does this have to do with battery or the sensitivity at all?ImageUploadedByiMore Forums1443832046.867663.jpg

I made a appointment with someone from Genius Bar, would they be able to replace the part or I been reading that it might be the battery

It's possible that the battery is swelling and pushing up against the underside of the trackpad. I've seen that on the older plastic unibody MacBook and MacBook Pro models. The Apple Genius Bar appointment is probably your best move... keep us posted on the outcome.

Thank you I took it to Apple they said the trackpad needs to be replaced its clicking fine just not responding the touch
