Hey guys, I have a brand new Macbook Pro retina 15", mid 2014.

I'm using it for 5-6 days so far, no problems, charged it on Thursday to 100%, turned it off and didn't use it on Friday.
On Saturday it won't turn on. Only when I plug in Magsafe it turns on. When I unplug Magsafe it turns off instantly.

Cycle count is 3 and it says "Replace now", even tho is brand new batter and Macbook.

Here is screenshot from power: prntscr.com/7mabpr

Tried every advice I could find on various forums, resetting SMC etc. nothing worked.

Thanks!

Take it back to wherever you purchased it from and get it exchanged. You did say that you've only had it for less than a week, right?

Take it to an Apple Store or wherever you bought it from. If you only owned it for about a week (and didn't spill anything on it), they should take it back and repair/replace it for you.
