2 Current 13" Base MacBook Pros for $1525 - Should I do it?

So there is someone who wants to sell me 2 Current 13" Base MacBook Pros for $1525. They are sealed, brand new in a box. Should I do it? Seems almost too good to be true. Is there a way to tell if they are stolen? What do you guys think?

Get the serial numbers... then see if your local police will run a check through their systems to see if those serial numbers are "wanted" or listed as stolen.

I agree, do the due diligence, and if nothing comes back snag them up, fantastic deal for two of them.

Would also make sure you open them before handing over the cash, smells like one of them old scams where you get shown a laptop then they sell you a box with potatoes in (happened a fair bit over here in the uk back in the day, and more recently with iPads)
