Purchased a new 13" MacBook Air in July and haven't tried to use it till now. I am stuck on a. Screen saying "Reset Password" and can't go forward or back. What should I do?

Welcome to iMore! Try forcing a restart by holding down the power button (key in the upper, right hand corner). If you're still experiencing issues you may want to bring your Air into an Apple Store. They are more than happy to help you set it up.
