Sell Mac Mini?

Where would be the best avenue to sell my 2012 Mini, outside of the crooks at ebay?

I've used them to sell older phones and a MacBook. So far no problems and good service.

As Trees said, Gazelle is a good option. I've used them twice without issue.

Gazelle is a safe and easy way to sell. The downside is that you get a fixed price that may be a bit below true market value.
Craigslist can get you a better price, albeit with a more than commensurate level of hassle and risk - dealing with scammers, crooks, etc.

I probably will list it in the Marketplace. This i7 seems to be a hot model, since the new ones are not user-upgradable.
