Hangouts and Multiple Displays

I am using the Hangouts extension for Chrome on my Macbook Pro retina. I have a 24-inch monitor hooked up to my Macbook Pro, and I was wondering if there was a way to change which display Hangouts would pop up on? Currently it only shows up on my Macbook Pro and not my monitor.

From what I gather from various websites, Google acknowledges the problem, but a fix has yet to be introduced. Again, that is based on what "I" have read.
