Iphone 7 Jailbreak problem

I have tried to jailbrake my phone but since i haven't done this for a long time my last iphone was iphone 4, i tried some stupid youtube thing and now cidya is there but i says demo and its useless i want to remove it. I have tried restore and backup from itunes and it didn't erased cydia after me doing it for hours the restore and everything.

I know i am dumb but what to do when we want to play with our devices. My ios is 10.1.1.

Did you try to erase the profile file in settings before you backed up and restored?

Wow. I haven't jailbreaked my phone since two years or so.
Usually a restore in DFU mode does the trick.
If you want to restore from a backup make sure it is one from before the jailbreak.

I would wait on jailbreaking for now. They're still only recommending devs jailbreak and not to do it on your primary device.
