Why don't I see the big circle when I re-jailbreak?

I jailbroke iPad Air. 9.3.3, everything was fine. Now, when I try to re-jailbreak in PP app, I don't get the big circle button..it gives me other options I don't understand . I've tried to start over with the jailbreak, but same prob

Look like that? Or different??
Are you just skipping the "lock your device" step?

Pretty sure that means you are already jailbroken...
Are none of the tweaks working? Does Cydia open?
Just yesterday I was jailbroken, had Cydia opening, but tweaks weren't working, so I manually rebooted iPad and ran the jailbreak again.
