Jailbreaking iPhone 6s

Hello,
So I have jail broken before but it was a while back and it really slowed my phone down (back at iOS 6/7 seven mainly), and I was wondering if it is any better now. I have an iPhone 6s 64gb now and I am currently running the developers build of iOS 10 however I am planning on reverting to iOS 9 to jailbreak. So all I really want to ask is A) Is it faster B) Is it reliable for an extreamly active user. (I need to be able to have my phone on me 24/7 exc charging but I mainly use power banks) Any help will be appreciated.

What tweaks do you use when you jailbreak? I jail-broke my ipad and it runs like it always has. Nothing bad of note.

Mainly just tweaks that are more convenient like shortcuts for tapping the clock on the lock screen and tweaks like the one that moves the volume bar to the top out of the way etc

Activator was updated for 9.3.3 so you should be fine. As long as you're not installing all kinds of things you shouldn't have a problem.
