About Jailbreak ios 9.2.1

I made a mistake i update to 9.2.1, recently and i wanna know in what date (Doesn't need to be a precise date)
is going to be out a new jailbreak or for ios 9.2.1
Because i see lots of people and videos talking about jailbreak 9.2.1 but they don't say when it comes out a new jailbreak like for ios 9.2.1

Your guess is as good as anyone's. They don't set specific release dates for jailbreaks. As soon as someone figures out how to jailbreak 9.2.1 they'll release it.

A jailbreak gives you root access to the main file system.

Think of it like this; you currently have a guest account on your phone, which means you do not have access to all files. When you jailbreak that gives you Administrator rights, which gives you access to everything.
