Could i jailbreak my ios 9.0.2 ipad that updated by ota??

Download the IPSW of 9.0.2 and do what is called a manual update that doesn't require a restore.

- If you're on Windows hold down the shift key while clicking on the "Check For Update" button on iTunes

- Select the IPSW of 9.0.2 that you just downloaded

- Let it install on your device and once it's done you can jailbreak with Pangu
