Why am I unable to connect to iTunes after PP jailbreak on iOS 8.1.2 on my iPad Air?

Unable to connect to itunes after PP jailbreak on IOS 8.1.2 on ipad air

I few months ago I jailbreaked my ipad air 8.1.2 using the Mac PP software. In the beginning everything worked fine, but I guess after installing Appsync unified, I can't connect my ipad to itunes anymore. If I connect with USB cable it doesn't show up in itunes. I tried it on several computers, windows and mac, with no result. Removing appsync unified didn't solve the issue. So I cannot sync music and pictures anymore, nor do a restore.
Any ideas about how to solve this would be welcome.

Can you not uninstall 'Appsync unified' to see if you can once again connect to iTunes?

Appsync unified, WHICH ISNT FOR PIRACY, is one of the most downloaded tweak in cydia?
So pretty much you can rule that out as your problem?
Investigate other tweaks.
In case I wasn't clear, it's not appsync unified causing you problems.

other tweaks I downloaded are: appcake, apple file conduit 2, applist, bigboss icon set, erica utilities, hyi repo icons, ifile, insanelyi app ios8, insanelyi setup, moviebox 3 (+enhancer), netatalk, noappstoreredirect, openssh, pdanet, pkgbackup, popcorn time, PP 8.0-8.1.x untether, repo support dtathemes, safari download plugin, substrate safe mode, tsprotector 8, whatsapp web enabler, whatspad, wifi passwords, 3g unrestrictor 5.

Any idea if some of these tweaks could cause the problem?

So you need to pretty much erase your entire post because the mods aren't going to like it.
A bunch of those tweaks may be causing problems, especially considering the sources of the tweaks?
Try booting into substrate less mode, (power off, hold volume up while lowering on until device is loaded) and see if iTunes sync works then for you.
Once you confirm that iTunes works that way you can start eliminating apps.

I tried booting in no substrate mode, but I still cannot connect to iTunes.
Any ideas?
