Trouble opening taig jb

So I'm trying to jailbreak my iPhone 6. I downloaded the taig jb software and my computer isn't opening it. Anyone having any issues with this? I have a windows laptop.

Install iTunes 12.0.1 or 0.12 Disable your antivirus permanently until jailbreak is done, reboot your computer, disable or exit most of the unnecessary software from the system tray to allow your computer to speed up, have internet active in the computer. Run the TaiG as administrator
