How do I Jailbreak IPad Mini 2?

Hi All,
How do I Jailbreak my iPad Mini 2? I'm currently using ios 8.3. Should I upgrade to 8.4 or 9? Using Mac and Itunes 12.2 Thanks.

Both iOS 8.3 and 8.4 can be jailbreak using the TaiG tool. But you will need a windows computer or a windows virtual machine on your Mac.
