is there any tweak to change the position of date and time on lockscreen

Perhaps one of our jailbreak experts will come along... meanwhile, there may be a winterboard/theming support site out there that might be of help.

Used Springtomize 3 to revise the status bar. Replaced carrier name with my telephone number (blanked out on photo) and also removed time. Next rearranged the icons for spacing with "Homescreen Designer". Added a clock and calendar widget to Winterboard and placed them into the empty space.
