Why don't I have a winterboard icon on the iPad 3 & iPod Touch 5G (iOS 8.1/Jailbroken)?

No winterboard icon on iPad 3 & iPod Touch 5G (iOS 8.1/Jailbroken)

Happened on both devices. Cydia Substrate up to date on both. Winterboard is also not in settings. Tried respring, reboot and reinstall. Also tried from multiple cydia sources.
