Why am I not able to set the time?

Lost ability to choose time

Did anyone else notice after jailbreaking with Pangu 1.1.0 the time input is missing when editing or creating a appointment in the calendar?

I rebooted and still there is not time option in any appointment other then all date.

It doesnt seem to effect the 3rd party calendars / orginizors.

Is this known and is there something Im missing?
