Hey i m using iphone 5s n ios 7.1.2 jailbreak with pangu.i want to that when some one call me then his/her contact picture come in full screen not in a round cricle like ios 6

I may be wrong, but I don't think that feature is in 7.1.2. It's "supposed" to be back in ios 8

Yup. it's no longer available on iOS 7.1. or any iteration after that. iOS 8 does bring it back though. so just be patient and wait until september and it'll be back
