The bigger the file size the longer it takes to download, the longer it take to download the more users will be downloading it at the same time. Or it's the server at there end that's the issue.

I just updated through iTunes backed up all my Cydia tweaks with aptbackup . Then rejailbroke with Pangu n restored with aptbackup then bam looks like before with all my tweaks installed back

Pangu 1.1 is in English and seems ok. iOS 7.1.2

I get some weird apple screen fade reboot
