RegisterMyiOS and Zeusmos

Hey,
I have an iPhone 5S with version 7.1.1 and I would like to have access to beta versions without problems. I did a search and found the RegisterMyiOS and in the site it had some info about Zeusmos, and for more $5 I have access to it without jailbreak (attention, Zeusmos for me, is only for try apps before buy). My question is, give the UDID and other things through the process and also install Zeusmos, is trustable/safe? What are the possible dangers?
