Android to iOS - People not receiving my SMSes

Hi Everyone,

I really need your help!!!

I was an iOS user who wanted to try out Android and have done so for a few months, however now want to go back to iOS.

I have used a program called "Wondershare MobileTrans" and have got all my SMSes from my S4 to my iPhone but here is the problem:
"I can send and receive SMSes fine but other people cannot receive my SMSes.

Things I have done:

I have restored my iPhone 5 and sent SMSes successfully and other people do receive my SMSes but if i restore a iTunes backup other people cannot receive my SMSes.

I have restored the iPhone 5 and then transfered the SMSes from the S4 to the iPhone 5 but still other people cannot receive my SMSes.

I have checked the Message Center number and it's correct.

I do have the sms.db file but I am unable to put it into the iPhone unless it is jailbroken.

S4: Android 4.2.2
iPhone 5: iOS 7.1.1

Any help to resolve this would be greatly appreciated!

Who is your carrier? Sometimes it can be related to that some AT&T iPhone users seem to have issues with SMS, between other carriers, especially Verizon.

TPG is my carrier here in Australia.

Not a carrier issue.
Software issue.

Even got apple involved and all they say is start brand new again.
