Anyone else having an issue with Chrome Downloader Plus in regard to YouTube?

Anyone else having an issue with Chrome Downloader Plus with trying to pull up the bar/icon to get the choices of download resolutions in Youtube? I"m not able to pull up the icon to download a Youtube video.

Do you have Zephyr installed? According to this, Zephyr conflicts with the downloader.

Nope. I don't have Zephyr installed. It's not prompting me to download the file. It must be another tweak that's causing the problem.
