No, you can not. That's always been an incentive to purchase the license for BiteSMS

Ok but this is a free app and the bite team doesn't develope themes...if i should pay to developers for themes will be correct in my opinion

this isnt a free app
this is a paid app that become ad supported when your trial runs out.
You dont lose any of the core functionality. you lose the "extras, like no ads and themes"
