Best way to backup phone, restore, re-jailbreak and restore all tweaks?
Since this is the first time I've ever jailbroken my phone, I've installed and removed loads and loads of tweaks. I've noticed that my phone is not a fast as it used to be. This is either because of the current tweaks installed(not that many) or because of all the old files left from removed tweaks?
I'm thinking it would be best to back the phone up, restore it and then re-jailbreak it and put all the tweaks back that I use the most.
Would this process work or can anyone advise of a better way to do this?
1 - Back up phone through iTunes or iCloud
2 - Back up Cydia info and tweaks through Openbackup
3 - Return phone to factory settings through phone itself
4 - Re-jailbreak
5 - Download and install apps through Appstore
6 - Restore Cydia tweaks through Openbackup
I don't simply want to restore the entire phone through iTunes as it will load all the old **** again, so I'd rather just install the apps that I know I will use and then restore the data from iCloud.
Does this look ok?
