Jailbreaking ...help?

1. is jailbreaking your iphone bad?
2. does it kill your battery ?
3. should i jailbreak with a full battery or @ 50%?

Jailbreaking your phone is not bad unless your mom said not to.
Jailbreaking does not kill your battery - tweaks that you add may affect battery usage.
Jailbreak with whatever battery level you like, makes no difference.
