iPhone 4S IOS7 Evasi0n Jailbreak keeps going into Safe Mode?

Hey guys. Now for some reason my iPhone is going into Safe Mode constantly lately. It will be find for a few hours then randomly go into Safe Mode, even if its locked in my pocket doing nothing it'll randomly go into Safe Mode when it chooses. Or sometimes when I try to unlock, receive a text or notification (not all the time). I'm not 100% on what information you will need to help my issue, but here's a list of tweaks I have installed on my phone.

Uninstall AppCake. Cracked app store can cause this.
