Take a look at "Cloaky " in cydia

+1 to Cloaky. I love Cloaky. You can add whatever you want up there. Even emojis. I use turtles sometimes in place of the clock when I've got an iWidget that displays the clock.

I also use StatusTime+there's one I tried that will also add the weather, RAM etc. I think it was called StatusWeather?
