Can anyone else tell me if they're having this behavior?

Basically:

You get a notification at the lock screen.

You use the X on the message to dismiss it as read (a BiteSMS feature).

The message is gone (as expected) but instead of showing your wallpaper the screen stays on the blurred lock screen used for new notifications.

(PS ignore the clock on these, I took them out of order.)

I feel like mine has done that a few times. Maybe it's something that they're working on in the beta

Imore forum app is forcing me to use a signature, which is more than a little oppressive. Change your policies!!!

Really? It happens every time with me, even if I'm not running anything else at the lock screen. Can I ask what device/iOS you're on? Do you see the blur when your notification is onscreen?

True, I'd just prefer to use the X if possible.

I definitely have the first bug massie
Was talking about. I didn't notice because 99.5% of the time I have some sort of music app playing on my phone as well. However when I was looking for it i realized I had the blurred screen as well!!
