That's really weird. Looks like you have the classic dock running on top of the Aupi dock.

In the classic dock settings do you have modern or classic selected?

to move icons to the bottom of screen without having above like place them anywhere, you can use iblank if you do not mind using blank transparent icons and having move them to organize the home screen. there is also gridlock im not sure if its ios 8 capable yet. I only use iblank because its free, and only having icons i like move just on first page. More likely others but its two sticks out on my mind without researching.

You can use iconOclasm that has several premade icon grids or you can use homescreenDesigner where you can create your own custom ones.



Anyway here is mine (I hate this f***ing cold)
