It's called lion d'or. There's a thread over on modmyi. Very do it yourself-ish but a great way to learn about theming

Lately I have really been thinking about Jailbreaking my 5s and getting rid of my Note3 for the iPhone 6. I know this is a iPhone site, but the following is my Note3 home screenshot. I was wondering if there was a Jailbreak tweek (s) that would bring my 5s close to this screen set up....
