My iPhone 5s has been acting up after jailbreak.

Delete any tweaks or themes you recently installed. They may be causing it.

Try downloading Crash Reporter. It will find the problem for you.

No you don't.

If you only had zeppelin, when you uninstalled it you would be fine.

Try restoring it and re-jail breaking. If it happens in safe mode only way to fix it is to restore and start over. I wouldn't recommend using your backup as it might carry the problem with it.
