Whatsapp without data plan?

Is there any tweak available that would make it possible to use Whatapp without a data plan?

I'm looking to see if it's somehow possible to send whatsapp messages using the mobile network without any data plan or WIFI ROUTER!

So you're asking a question that makes it clear you don't understand what apps are then.

Apps aren't data networks. They're just programs. They cannot magically create a network. If you're not connected to any network, no, you cannot send messages via that network. There is not now, nor will there ever be, an app that makes it possible to connect to a network without connecting to a network.

The OP is talking about using the APP named WHATSAPP.

The OP seems to want to use the carrier's cellular network (voice) without data to send messages via this app (which I don't believe can happen, however).

As he said, SMS is the only way to send text without data. Apps run off of data.

it's a must have data conection for use whatsapp, but in my phones worked without pay a data plan, tested in samsung galaxy mini 2 with cyanogenmod and after in a moto g, but when update to kit kat don't work anymore
