If someone creates a tweak that brings back the 'Quick Tweet' option in Notification Center, that is also compatible with the iPhone 5s, I will gladly donate. And it will become insanely popular, as I have heard multiple times about the Twitter community being upset it was removed with the iOS 7 update. Cheers!
