How to restore jailbroken ipad mini to ios 6?

iPhone 3G and iOS 7. Earlier this year.

iPhone 3G only supports up to 4.2.1 and shsh are not needed. A5 & up devices can not restore to any iOS version even with shsh blobs + apticket. It was possible on iOS 5 cause of a loophole that was found but was closed in iOS 6. The iPhone 4S, 5, iPad 2, 3, 4, mini, iPod touch 5 on iOS 6 can not restore to iOS 6 they can only restore to the newest version of iOS which currently is 7.0.4.

if you want to going 7 then simply attach with itune and restore it , itune will restore latest ios , otherwise you have to download ios6 firmware related ur ipad mini as other person guide you

There is NO way to restore any A5 device to anything lower than the current iOS. No matter what blobs u have or download. Period!

There is no bootrom exploit for A5+ devices and without it there is no way to write the shsh blobs & apticket to device so they can be used again since the device checks these to make sure the firmware is signed and if the firmware isn't signed the device won't boot up.
