Its been reported that there has been some good progress made, but nowhere near ready for public use yet. But based on the info the devs have reported recently, things are looking positive. We will just need to wait patiently.

Indeed. If its not being reported here or the normal sites (evaders, redsn0w, modmyi), then it's not real.

Give them a month at least. Ios 7 still has a lot of bugs and updates needed to be made by apple. They need to give us the option to turn off animation.

My friend, just like with iOS 6 and the iPhone 5, it won't be happening any time soon. Can't wait though! After iOS 5 I never thought I'd have to jailbreak again but iOS 7 proved otherwise.

Based on the jailbreak releases of iPhone 4S and iPhone 5, I'd say February or later. Even though I love iOS 7 and feels jailbroken, I can't wait to jailbreak again.

I'm not updating my jailbroke 4s until a jailbreak comes out for IOS7...there are so many features that IO7 does, that I can do (and more) with my jailbroke 4s...
