I also use Springtomize2...mine are set at 90% in this shot:
(Another nice feature of S2 is that it allows you to set the number of icons per row, so you can add more icons to your homescreens and folders, instead of just reducing the size.)

Nice. Does that also allow to resize the bottom row of icons, or are these not able to be re-sized?

Yep, you can resize the springboard, dock, AND switcher icons, each has their own setting. (Bonus for switcher: you can also enable landscape support.)

I also use Springtomize 2 to resize icons. It's well worth purchasing and is loaded with features.

Glad you like it; there are a ton of options in there. A few I use:

    -Dock>Hide Labels
    -Lockscreen>Delay Dimming and Custom Label
    -Icons>Custom Number, Resizing
-Folders>Use Custom Number, Six Icons Per Line
    -App Switcher>Landscape Switcher
    -Theming>Sometimes I'll use Icon Opacity or Icons/Image Effect/Grayscale
    -Notification Center>Instant Clear

And definitely check out More>Documentation! One of the really nice things about S2 is the very thorough documentation about what different features do. You might not even know that you want a certain thing until you read about it there!
