Downgrade from 6.1.3 Using SHSH Blobs

I'm running iOS 6.1.3, and i'm pretty sure I have SHSH blobs saved. I want to downgrade to a version of iOS that can be jailbroken. Can someone link me to a tutorial or help me in some way? Thanks.

No way to downgrade a 4S on 6.1.3. Your stuck till they jb iOS 7. Sorry

No sorry only the iPhone 3GS & 4 and iPod 4th gen can be downgraded your gonna have to wait for ios 7 jailbreak
