Iphone 4s wont charge, please help!

Just bought a IPhone 4s sprint version from my friend. Obviously it needs a need LCD digitizer but when i first plugged it in and turned it on, it was staying on the apple logo and that was flashing. I unplugged it and tried to turn it on and it would't turn on. I try to charge it and turn it on but it wont turn on.

I put in a new battery, but that didn't work ether. Any thing else anyone can reccomend?


the person i bought it from claims that it worked fine before he sold it to me but was sitting turned off for a few months.

Sitting for months probably killed the battery.

They said that the replaced the battery though. Have you changed the screen out and if you have are you sure that you installed everything back correctly with the screen/battery install?

Thats what i will try next. Do you think it could be the charging port dock?

I would change the screen first and then see want happens maybe it's on but you can't see it is .. Also try different chargers and outlets

i'm willing to bet money theres a connector that's loose back in there that's causing that

has the back been taken off to make sure everything is OK?
